Carol Lea Ives, 73, of Mason City, Iowa passed away at the Good Shepherd Health Center on Wednesday,
March 22, 2023. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to a charity of your choice.
Carol was a member of First United Methodist Church. Carol was born to Ronald and Lois Ives in Mason City, Iowa on August 26, 1949. She graduated from Mason City High School in 1967. She continued her education at Mankato State. Carol was a social
worker and worked at the Department of Human Services, Hospice of North Iowa and Crisis Intervention Service throughout her career. Carol collected giraffes. She enjoyed going out to eat with friends and on road trips. She also enjoyed daily Wordle and sudoku.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She will be sadly missed by the numerous friends that considered
