Carol F. Miller, 83, of Mason City, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Grace Church, 440 N Illinois Ave. with Pastor Nick Daugherty officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024, at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N Pennsylvania Ave. Interment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Grace Church or Christian Women of Stone Croft Ministries.
Carol F. Miller was born on February 15, 1941, in Mason City to parents Clinton and Ruth (Allen) Stevens. Carol graduated from Mason City High School in 1959, she then attended North Central Bible College in Minneapolis. Carol began working for JCPenney in the catalogue department. On December 10, 1977, she was united in marriage to Dwight Miller. The couple made Mason City their home where Carol was the bookkeeper for Miller’s Automatic Transmissions and held this role for 46 years.
Carol had a love for quilting, gardening and most importantly the Lord. Carol was very involved with her church and her bible study groups. She was a member of the Christian Women’s Club and Grace Church.
Carol is survived by her husband, Dwight Miller; children, Mark (Valeri) Radford, Robin (Homer) Smith, Eric Miller, Johnnie Miller, Jamie Miller; grandchildren, A.J., Ashley, Madison, Jenna and Ryne.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Allen Stevens.
