Conrad L. Satern

Conrad L. Satern, 71, of 176 N. Crescent Drive, died Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N. Pennsylvania Avenue with Pastor Kathy Graves officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Friday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue and continue on Saturday one hour before the service. Memorials may be given to the Conrad L. Satern Memorial Fund. Conrad is survived by his wife, Arlene of Mason City; sons, Bruce of Johnson City, Tennessee, David and wife Lisa of Nora Springs, Michael and wife Michelle of Des Moines, daughter, Becky Satern of Johnson City, Tennessee; grandchildren, Melissa Satern of Mason City, Brad Satern of Mason City, Erika Satern of Des Moines and Leah Satern of Des Moines; great grandchildren, Blake and Brandon Shipman of Mason City; brothers and sisters, Virginia Zimmerman of Idaho, Robert Satern of Austin, Minnesota, Ronald Satern of California, Eilene Stinson of Oklahoma, Juanita Carter of Illinois and Wayne Satern of Spencer; many nieces and nephews. Conrad was preceded in death by his parents, 1 grandson and 1 great granddaughter.
