Edna F. Craig

MASON CITY: Edna F. Craig, 91, of 304 2nd St. NE, died Monday, August 22, 2005 at the Good Shepherd Health Center. Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday (August 24, 2005) at Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Ron Stein of the First Baptist Church officiating. Memorials may be given in her name. Edna was born May 15, 1914 in Wayne City, Illinois, the daughter of Edgar and Bernettie Mae (Thompson) Miller. She worked at Park Hospital for many years as a housekeeper. She has been a resident of Mason City since 1938. Edna enjoyed the outdoors, her cat and enjoyed spending time with her families and especially picnics with them. Edna is survived by her children; Robert Craig of Apache Junction, Arizona, Richard D. and wife Eva Mae Craig of Mason City, Gary P. Craig of Rosemont, Minnesota, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Edna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sons, William Craig and Bruce Craig, seven brothers and two sisters.
