Gary L. Fairbanks

Gary L. Fairbanks, 79, of Mason City, passed away May 8, 2018 surrounded by his wife and children. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of North Iowa, 232 2nd Street SE, Mason City, IA 50401 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

He is survived by his wife, Darnell; children, Mike Fairbanks and his wife Kristi, Cheryl (Fairbanks) De Armoun and her husband Monte, Allison (Paine) Delperdang and her husband Alan, Brandon Paine and his wife Kristi; seven grandchildren, Brilley, Aubrey, Paige, Ross, Dylan, Meagan and Alivia; two great granddaughters, Quinn and Lennon. He is also survived by Joyce (Fairbanks) Koch.

Gary was a kind and gentle man.
