Harold E. Rohde

Harold E. Rohde, 76, of Snohomish, WA, formerly of Mason City, IA, died Sunday, December 14, 2014, at Evergreen Health Medical Center in Kirkland, WA. Per his wishes his body was cremated. You may wish to send condolences to the family at: 21015 72nd Avenue S.E., Snohomish, WA. 98296. Harold was born July 26, 1938, in Osage, IA, the son of George and Millie (Barnett) Rhode. He graduated from St. Ansgar High School. On December 30, 1983, Harold was united in marriage to Carol Leaver in Mason City. Over the years he worked for Good Shepherd Health Center, Crossing Guard and Newman High School. Harold enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a member of the Moose Lodge. Harold is survived by his daughter: Lisa Rohde of Austin, MN; step-daughter: Gina Giefer of Washington State, and her children: Megan and Robert Sweetser. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife in 2011.
