Pheonix, Arizona - James D. Trettin, 46, of Maricopa, Arizona formerly of Clear Lake, died Wednesday, July 20, 2006 at the Merravilla Nursing Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday, (July 27, 2006) at Faith Baptist Church, 1807 South Kentucky with Rev. Miles Grismore officiating. Inurnment will be held at Memorial Park. A gathering of friends and family will be held one hour prior to the service, at the church. Memorials will be given to James Trettin memorial fund.
