VISITATION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 1 HOUR PRIOR TO FUNERAL SERVICES WILLMAR, MINNESOTA: Janna L. Borchardt, 51, of Willmar, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015 in Willmar. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, February 2, 2015 at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Mason City, Iowa with Rev. Dan Gerrietts, Trinity Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in the Rock Falls Cemetery, Rock Falls, Iowa. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM Sunday at Major Erickson Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to Rice Hospice, 301 Becker Avenue SW, Willmar, Minnesota 56201 or the American Cancer Society. Janna was born November 24, 1963 in Mason City the daughter of Wayne and Elaine (Kraft) Borchardt. She graduated from Nora Springs Rock Falls High School in 1982 and then North Iowa Area Community College, NIACC. Janna managed several GNC stores in North Iowa and Southern Minnesota. For the past several years, she worked as a nurse’s aid at Bethesda Nursing Home in Willmar. Every year, Janna enjoyed attending the Minnesota State Fair. She was especially fond of her 2 cats, Pumpkin and Snowball. Janna is survived by her 2 brothers, Brad Borchardt of Rock Falls and Lynn (Janet) Borchardt of Mason City; niece, Britney Borchardt and fiancé Mitch Roe of Mason City; 2 nephews, Tyler Borchardt of Ames and Logan Borchardt of Mason City; 2 aunts, Virginia Kraft of Nashua and Ardis Moss of Riceville; aunt and uncle, Bonnie and Dale Borchardt of Mason City. Janna was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Fred and Anna Kraft and Carl and Gladys Borchardt; 1 uncle, Dick Moss.

Cemetery:
Interment will be in the Rock Falls Cemetery, Rock Falls, Iowa.
