Judith Kay Scott, 71, of Mason City, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, March 8, 2013, at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Ave. with Pastor Steve Hansen of Wesley United Methodist Church officiating. A visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. -7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Judith K. Scott Memorial Fund in care of the family. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.majorericksonfuneralhome.com Judith Kay Hunt was born October 25, 1941 in Mason City, the daughter of Frank and Hazel (Coultrup) Hunt. She attended and graduated from Mason City High School in 1959 where she was a drum majorette. She was married to Dennis Scott on March 29, 1961, to this union two children were born, Michelle and Greg. She worked at MetLife Insurance for many years. She loved gardening and landscaping her yard, shopping trips with her sister and daughter, caring for others, feeding her birds and squirrels, watching movies and NASCAR. She loved spending time with her family and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Judith is survived by her husband, Dennis Scott of Mason City; children, Michelle Smith and husband, Matthew of Manly and Greg Scott and wife Dawn (Sutcliffe) of Mason City; grandchildren, Amanda Smith of Madrid, Spain, Cindy Smith of Manly, Zachary Scott and Allison Scott of Mason City; siblings, Loren Dean Hunt and wife Elizabeth (Burger) and Genevieve Lepird of Mason City, mother-in-law Bernice Anderson (Scott) of Belmond, and many beloved in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings infancy, Frankie and Hazel.

Cemetery:
Interment will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Judith K. Scott Memorial Fund in care of the family.

Visitation:
A visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. -7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.

Service:
