Maralyn Catherine Davis

Maralyn C. Davis, 77, of Mason City, died Saturday October 28, 2017 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit. Memorial services will be held at 11:30 AM Sunday April 22, 2018 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 815 N. Kentucky Ave., with Pastor Mark Luckiesh officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Rock Grove Cemetery, Nora Springs.

Maralyn was born March 4, 1940 the daughter of Don and Margaret (Tims) Davis in Mason City, Iowa. She was raised in Nora Springs and graduated from Nora Springs High School. Maralyn continued her education at Union College receiving a BS as a Medical Technician. In the later years of Maralyn's life she lived at Shalom Tower I and then Good Shepherd Health Care Center, Mason City, Iowa. Maralyn's life was a faith filled journey with her Lord. She will be missed by her family and friends. We are comforted to know she is at peace in the hands of God.

Those thankful for having shared in Maralyn’s life include her sister, Marlys (Clem) Kreuser; brother Dean (Connie) Davis and two nieces and two nephews.

Maralyn was preceded in death by her parents Don and Margaret Davis.
