Ralph Adam Stricker

Ralph Adam Stricker, 98, of Mason City, died on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at the Clarion Wellness and Rehab Center.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N Pennsylvania Ave. with Pastor Kathy Graves officiating.

Per Trinity Lutheran Church's guidelines, masks will be required.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service time.

Inurnment will be held in the Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ralph Adam Stricker was born April 17, 1923 in Mason City, the son of David and Catherine (Meir) Stricker. He was raised on a farm outside of Mason City.

Ralph was united in marriage on July 1, 1944, to Jeroldene Goll of Garner. They shared 63 years of marriage together and three children.

In 1944 Ralph joined The United States Army Air Force and served as PFC from August of 1944 to July 1946 and was Honorably Discharged. He was awarded the Victory Medal, the American Theater Ribbon, and Good Conduct Medal for his service.

After his time in the Army Air Force Ralph returned to Mason City and started his life as a famer and did so for 75 years. Ralph was a Dairy Farmer for 60 years of those years. His enjoyments in life were raising horses and taking his children and grandchildren on trail rides. He was member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Mason City.

Ralph is survived by his children, Kenney Stricker (Cynthia) of Champlin, MN, and Cyndra Lindberg (Michael) of McKinney, TX; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Bradley and Ryan Stricker, Kellie Smith, Kayla Vitko, and Katrina Kerber; and 14 great grandchildren from Iowa, Minnesota, Texas, Florida .

Ralph is preceded in death by his wife Jeroldene; parents David and Catherine Stricker; son Cary and daughter -in-law Viola Stricker.
