Sharran Ann Ferleman, 80, of Mason City, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 6, 2025, at the IOOF Home in Mason City. Memorial services are pending at this time. Memorials may be directed towards the family of Sharran Ferleman

Sharran beloved mother to Brian and Carrie Johnson passed away peacefully at the IOOF Home in Mason City leaving a void her family cannot fill. Sharran loved her family and loved supporting her kids and grandkids.

Sharran was born February 22, 1944, in Sioux City, IA to parents Harold and Irene (Moran) Lyle. She attended Sioux City High School where she graduated from in 1962. Sharran would go on to work in banking and worked at First National Bank in Mason City. She lived most of her life in Mason City.

Sharran had many great hobbies, she loved to read and play on her iPad, playing mahjong specifically, and spending time with her family. Her family meant the most to her.

Sharran is survived by her children, Brian (Amy) Johnson of Mason City, daughter Carrie Johnson of Vista, California, and grandchildren Samuel and Carsen Johnson who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

She is preceded in death by her husband, David Ferleman; parents Harold and Irene, and sisters Linda Comer and Susan Teal.
