MASON CITY: Stephen E. Boyd, 56, of Mason City, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009 in Marshalltown, Iowa. Stephens family and friends will gather from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Monday, April 27, 2009 at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Avenue. Inurnment will take place in the Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Adel, Iowa at a later date. The family has asked memorials be directed to the Stephen E. Boyd Memorial Fund in care of Steve Schmidt, 2047 Hunters Ridge Drive, Mason City, Iowa 50401.
